Marseille Provence Wheelchair Accessible Airport

Marseille Provence wheelchair accessible airport has two call terminals available:

• One is located at the bus station, near the bus ticket booths.
• The other is near the Information Office located on the ground floor of terminal 1 hall A (to the left towards the taxi station, the terminal is just around the corner from the building ).

In order to benefit from the assistance service:

• Present yourself at one of the 2 identified call terminals at least 2 hours before the departure of the flight. A person will come to assist you from the place of call.
• Or Present yourself at check-in at the time specified by the travel organizer, at least 1 hour before flight departure: this is a minimum period which may vary, it is best to inquire with the chosen airline.

It is mandatory at the Marseille Provence wheelchair accessible airport, to communicate your need for assistance to your airline or travel agent when making your reservation and at least 48 hours before the departure of your flight.

Note that if you do not notify the airline of your need for assistance at least 48 hours before your departure, the Airport cannot guarantee boarding on time.
