We had two wonderful weeks with Vincenzo in Italy and could not recommend him highly enough.

From the moment he met us on the train in Tirano to the moment we left him in Rome, he went out of his way to make our holiday as enjoyable as he possibly could.

He took us to several wonderful places that we did not know about but trusted his recommendations and they were amazing.

His van was wheelchair accessible and have plenty of room for the four of us and all our suitcases and was a great relief after travelling in other European countries which we struggled with their accessibility.

Vincenzo was warm, humorous and flexible, and went out of his way to make our holiday memorable.

He could not do enough to help, when we asked if he knew anything about Italian soccer he organised tickets for my son and husband to attend the match and drove them there and picked them up.

He was flexible and changed his plans and arrangements to fit in extra days with us.

We had a great time with him and can’t wait to go back and plan another trip.
